Our online ordering process has been designed to make the process as easy as possible and only asks for the information absolutely necessary to process your order.
To Create or Not to Create an Account
You may choose to open an online account but this is entirely up to you. Having an account with us does make it easier for future purchases, tracking the progress of orders etc. To create an account simply click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page (or the little man icon at the bottom if using a mobile device) and fill in the details. There will also be a tick-box on the Checkout page giving you the option to create an account.
Add Products to Basket
Once you’ve decided on a product click on the “Details / Options” button and be be directed to the product page for the selected product. On this page you will see various options such as available colours, left or right orientation, size etc. Please select the desired options (not all options are available for all products). Please check the size you would like from the available options carefully. Ideally use a tape measure at the desired location to get an accurate feel for how much of the surface it will cover. If we do not offer a size you would like please let us know and we will advise if we can accommodate your request.
The last option is the quantity of a particular product you would like.
All done, now simply click on “Add to Basket”.
Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout
Once a product has been added to your basket your “Basket”page opens automatically and gives you the option to proceed to Checkout or Continue Shopping. If you continue shopping you will be directed back to the product page from where you can go back and find other products.
The “Checkout” page will ask you to fill in your details such as your name and address etc. Should the delivery address be different from the billing address please select the “Deliver to a different address?” checkbox and fill in the details. In “Order Notes” section you can tell us anything that may be important regarding your order eg. “no one available to accept delivery on Wednesdays”.
The details of your order also appear on this page, please check through them and then proceed to “Place Order” button.
Once order has been placed
Once your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail stating that we have received it and another e-mail with an invoice and banking details etc. Once we have received payment we will confirm this by adding a note to your order which will be e-mailed to you and also appear on your account for you to view. We will now proceed with your order and dispatch it within 2-3 working days and inform you once it is on its way to you via courier company.
Receive and Install
When you receive your order please check that it is complete and that the packaging or products have not been damaged in any way. Should you not be entirely satisfied please report it to us immediately so that we can find a resolution.

Once installed , sit back and enjoy. We are always excited to see our products in action and will appreciate any pics of your completed projects which we may use on our website or other marketing media.
